The K~SINE® K~1100 Automatic Wire Despooler ensures precise payout and constant slack control for fine wire or ribbon. It is compact, light weight, self-contained, and is designed for use on all wire bonders currently marketed.

Shadowless Illuminator

The K~SINE® K~1000 and K~1010 Illuminators are microscope mounted, twin bulb fluorescent illuminators that flood the work stage with a soft, uniform light for shadowless viewing.
