Yes, we have an addition to the family of 7400D Series Bonders. Many know our machines for their ability and flexibility in the angle fed wire and vertical fed wire / ribbon applications …now we deliver the dedicated Deep Access Ribbon Bonder especially designed to handle .001 X .020- in ribbon supported by a 3/32nd diameter bonding tool. A bit larger than our normal Ribbon applications, but with some modest changes it answers the call.
